i have been hearing alot about bidding. i have a group with about 10 KW's in it and a set Max CPC.
how do i know what others are bidding on my KW's? is there any way to find that out?

Tony I'm not aware of any method of finding out what others are bidding - except asking them ;-) In any case, I suspect this does not give you any useful information. This is because the bid is not the only parameter that determines Ad position - your site's content, quality, conversion rates etc. are all involved in Google's algorithm that determines position.
Make you bid, see where your Ad ranks and adjust the bid as appropriate.
