It looks like the Ad Groups had between approx. 5 to 20 KS's per group.
Over the last several months, some were doing ok, and some KW's were not even getting anything. I think the creator of our Campaign just plugged in the KW's and let it fly from there.
I want to help optimize it and try to increase our CTR and lower ou CPC....
NOW, should i go in and delete some of the KW's that werent getting any Impressions or Clicks? What happens if i delete them?
I want to add " " to the keywords to make them a bit more focused, is that a good technique?
If i have a lame Ad Group that isnt getting any traction, should i just delete it?

Looking through some of the threads here may give you some pointers. A common theme is that in order to improve the performance of your Ads you need to make sure your pages have good quality content that provide value to your visitors.
Your Ads should relate to your content - don't "over sell" - it may generate visitors but they convert badly.
Look through the AdWord campaign statistics - remove any keywords that don't look as if they are likely to relate to your customers - use the keyword tool to identify new keywords for your subject area.
Adjust your bids - look at the position you are appearing in for keywords - being in the position 3 to 6 seems to work well for me.
It can be lots of work!
