I have praised a commercial click fraud audit company in the past as they have helped me a great deal. However for the past 2 weeks I have had no reports of click fraud and I suspect that their systems are not working. Can someone please me as they are not replying to emails? I have changed my destination page as they suggest and I suspect click fraud has not stopped it is just going undetected. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do now?

You can always try contacting G, of course, and be prepared to receive their usual spiel. Or cut back on your ad spend. But you have to realize that there are forms of click fraud that no one (not even Google) can detect because they are made to look like ordinary traffic.

Thanks gregbo-what can I do about the audit company who is not replying to me but still taking my monthly fee? I thought they were a reputable company.

What does a problem with your audit company have to do with google adwords? what's the point of posting here?

It is google adwords that the click fraud was occuring on, and I suspect that the audit company is having problem with their link to the web pages which people click through to from my sponsored link. I really want to know if anyone else has had a similar problem.

Put a stop payment on your account with them. If you haven't already, get in touch with someone at the executive level of the company.
