I just tried open a new account to use under japan time zone. When I was about to enter my billing information, the time zone selection did not appear. I thought there used be a time zone selection when you enter a billing information for a new account. I understand that I cannot change the time zone once selected, so I have not entered my billing info for my new account. Anybody know what is happening?
