New KWs don't work

I just added new keywords to an existing local campaign. The campaign has worked well for over a year and has a good 5% CTR. When I search on old KWs in that campaign, my ads show. But when I search on the new KWs in that campaign, my ads don't show. The diagnostic tool reports that my search originated outside the targeted geographic area, but that's not true. Within my Google account the KWs appear to be working normally. What should I do?

I was recently told that the ad diagnostic tool has a bug in it that is affecting some users. :)

So whats happening is that your keywords are showing impression and click data in adwords but your ads are not showing when you are searching for the new keywords?
Could be that your daily budget is not optimal and therefore ads are not showing at all times.

Well writing to adwords support might help but you will most probably get a copy paste from their learning center but its still worth a shot.

No, the new keywords don't show impressions or click data. It's like they don't exist. And yes, I do have a huge daily budget that should guarantee maximum ad showing.

I haven't written to adwords support because they gave me useless "help" once before and I was hoping someone on here could tell me what to do.

I've found that some keywords have taken several weeks to "kick in"
Others have still not got there over nearly two months
