I had filled out that form a few months ago and have no heard anything about this since then. Today I got my new Revenue magazine and there was something in it about the case. It said that it was approved and there were 60 million dollars in advertising credits to be paid out to Adwords users. At the bottom it then had some little statistics stating that only 7% of advertisers applied for this and the average return was $9,500. I filled this out and have neither gotten credits or heard anything. I was wondering if anyone else is in the same situation or if anyone actually got some credits back.
