Is the Find and Edit Keywords Tool broken?

I'm having a few problems at the moment using this tool to change the keywords from an AdGroup to all use the exact matching option.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

I'm also having problems with the Ad Diagnostic tool - maybe there is a glitch in the system somewhere.
