Multiple products for same keywords

Hi guys, I have a ppc campaign where the company sells multiple products for a certain condition.

example: brand x, brand y, brand z are sold by this company and all relate to keywords x, y and z.

If I have an ad running for each brand and they're triggered by the same keyword, is that allowed?

I believe it's frowned up on if not actually against the rules.

But which Ad will the keyword produce - only one Ad will show for your account from any given keyword

I say go for it.. see which product sells best on the particular keyword, then you can have all ads for that kw go to the best seller.
