I started up a website

The first day I signed up for google adwords, I instantly got a sale with in a couple of hours. After that, I don't know what happend because most of my adwords became inactive. It said, I had to either increase the quality of increase how much i paid per click.

So, I actually tried raising the quality which didn't work. Then, I raised my PPC to the amount required. The next day, it asked me to raise the PPC again? I cannot afford to pay $1 per click.

The reason is, it takes a lot fo traffic to generate sales. $1 per click is not worth it. Anybody have any suggestions or ideas?

Thanks!

Try creating more ad groups with smaller keyword lists in each adgroup. Think themes. Start out with more specific keywords, and work your way up more broad keywords.

Spend a lot of time asking yourself:

1) When a user types in this keyword, what are they looking for.

Someone typing in "Verizon Razr" may want

- pictures
- product specs
- complaints
- where to buy
- ect.
- ringtones for that phone
- where to sell

However, someone typing in "Buy Verizon Razr"

- wants to buy

-------------

Also, make sure you load three or four different versions of your adtext to get a high CTR --

hi , ur website seems good.

for keyword analysis just read the broad match , exact match and things like that on google adwords website that is what you need to think.

Since ur using adwords to get traffic to ur website and you actually want to sell ur own stuff , so dont show off adsense ads.you dont want that ur visitor coming after adwords ad click going out without purchase going out through adsense ads

good luck with ur new website, try to move it to ur own space as soon as possible , not good in long term.
