On a site targeted campaign, I got 6 clicks from one site for one cent. (6 clicks from about 55 impressions)

Two of those clickers signed up - $98 in the bank.

If we extrapolate those figures, I'm going to make about $9m this year. :)

Anyone else had any extraordinary results with AdWords?

I periodically have ten and twenty cent clicks that lead directly to a $5900 purchase. Helps cover all those clicks that cost a LOT more.
