Adwords Ad Diagnostic Tool Not Working

Today I have noticed that my Ad Diagnostics tool is not working. Has anyone else seen the same? Even though I know that my advert is showing and I am getting clicks on a specified keyword, when I enter this keyword in the Ad Diagnostic tool it states that I am not currently bidding on this keyword. This is the same for every keyword in my account - regardless of which countries etc that I enter.

I appear to have the same for the UK.
I tried a keyword that has already received 1 click in the UK today (from 1 impression at position 42 - lucky eh?) - diagnostics tool doesn't show Ad. A different keyword (8 impressions at average position 3.9 is showning (no clicks though :-( ).

Could it be due to the fact that if your ad is paused they no longer show it on the Diagnostics tool? How stupid is that! That's one backwards step. Previously it used to say 'not showing because paused'.

None of my topics are paused - in fact, if anything I have had a significant increase in clicks across the board. Really weird. I can personally see my advert for the keywords that I am typing into the tool. Oh well, I guess another email to Adwords....
