[edit] link not working?

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

In a Ad Group, where I have individual max cpc for each keyword, there is a [edit] below the bid.

Today clicking on that link does nothing.

I use FireFox and worked all day every day in the AdWords system for years. This has never happened before, and every thing else in Adwords is working normally.

Checking the box next to the keyword & clicking on Edit Keyword Settings works fine.

Rob.

Yes I have noticed this as well. Makes it a little harder to edit your prices.

I had the same problem today with a new campaign I'm trying to fine tune.

I was trying to reduce the bid for one term and the edit link took me nowhere.

I then clicked the check box for the term and at the top there is an edit keywords link. That will open the single keyword so you can edit the bid.

I also tried to change the content bid. I had to search all over the place and discovered that you have to check a box in the edit campaign section to manually edit the bids for content.

Could that not be default?

I faced the same problem.. and used the checkbox on the left hand side and then edited keyword settings- painful no doubt!

Thanks for the heads-up. The tech folks are hard at work on this one, and in the meantime suggest the workaround below, which was also noted by Tropical Island and resham5:

1. At the ad group, locate keyword(s) that you want to edit
2. Click on checkbox(es) to the left of keyword(s)
3. Click on 'Edit Keyword Settings' button located above the list of keywords

I apologize for the inconvenience - and will update as I know more.

At the risk of saying 'Good News' too soon, I think you'll find that this issue is now resolved.

I'll check back later, of course, to see if there are any "Not so!" posts. ;)
