Is there a service or software that monitors AdWords positions (similar to WebPosition)?

We searched high & low and couldn't find one - had to get one built.
Plenty of services will tell you what your Adwords account tells you, but just because Adwords tells you you had 35 clicks, 532 impressions, average position 1.2.... doesn't mean your ad was showing all day!
