Has anyyone else seen a substantial increase in clicks and cost in the last 48 hours. I normally drive about 10,000 clicks a day, yeserday was 13,000. In some of my accounts I added a new parameter to the desination URL, but not all of them.

If I was getting the same traffic, it would be fine, but it looks like my Avg. CPC has also gone up in lock step with the number of clicks.

Anyone else see this?

I noticed a long time ago, when you make any changes to your adgroup it tends to reset your "content Network" listings.
Meaning, whichever partner sites were serving your ads before...it's likely not the same one's now that you've made an update to your campaigns.

HINT: Keep making revision changes to your account until you (blindly) find a content source that works for you! (Or use site-targeted and pay CPM)
NOTE: Bid changes don't seem to cause the same effect...only revison changes.

So the new content sites could be serving you more traffic...
but I couldn't comment on the higher price...more competition maybe?
