hey everyone

We spend approx 2k per day with google.

We do a lot of affiliate stuff.

our adwords rep has disappeared. not around for phonecalls anymore, misses deadlines all the time, etc, etc.

Anyone else experience this? is google backlogged?

I am getting offended by the lack of service compared to just a few months ago,

Comments?

I know my recent experience with ad approval has been much different than previous.

Whether a temporary staffing problem or a more permanent change in service philosophy, something has shifted. And it has me a little concerned.

I thought I was the ONLY person that suffered from "the case of the vanishing rep"...

thanks!

Thanks for the input guys!

It definitely sounds like a few of you are in the same boat.

I must stress that I used to get EXCELLENT service.

They used to call me more than I called them.

I have been using adwords for 3 years and have had 3 reps.

Customer service started slacking about 6-7 months ago when they gave me a new rep. It wasnt that bad though.

Customer service REALLY started crapping out about 2-3 weeks ago!

Hope this helps others in question! I am trying not to take it too personal =)

Perhaps the rep needs a reboot.. or a new OS disk image applied.

Or possibly too much page faulting
