Letter To Adwords Customer Service : Sales Down 80% Since Early Spring

Hello, I wrote the following letter to Adwords but they have yet to answer it, just wondering if anyone here knows what could be the problem with my campaign.

"Hi, I have been having a great deal of problems with my Adwords campaign, ever since April I have lost more than 80% of my sales. I am certain it has something to do with a change on your side because for three years running I was having very good and constant sales, then all the sudden in spring it plummeted more than 80%.
A couple weeks ago I wrote to Adwords customer service and they responded promptly saying that I needed to modify my website to conform to new Adwords requirements and so I did. The website is just an exact image of what is required by Adwords but still no useful traffic, sales are now down over 95% and I still can't figure what else is needed.

The biggest loss comes from the content network where I was receiving about 300 click and about 20-25 sales per day on average and now I only get 20 clicks and 1 sale per day.

Things that I can't seem to find answers to are:

1) After changing the website to conform to Adwords requirement, is there a waiting period for the campaign to work its self up again? Since I don't see results the day after I go and modify my HTML to see what works but I am not certain if this causes a lag or pauses the campaign.
2) After modifying Ads is there a pause in the campaign?
3) Does the content of the website determine the quality of the clicks? I noticed that I get a lot of clicks that are not buying, conversion rate also plummeted at the same time my clicks and ctr went down.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated."

I doubt you'll get anything more than a form letter reply from google, particularly because it really isn't their job to tell you how to sell your products.

That aside, when you change your ads, or landing page for the content network, they won't show until they are approved or re-approved, and my experience is that google is horribly slow getting that done. I've found approval can stretch into weeks, and others have also commented on that.

As to the sales drop, there really isn't enough information in your message to even take a preliminary guess at why. More numbers would be required eg. (pre and post impressions on the content net, pre and post CTR, maybe bid prices, a ton of stuff, how you are determining conversions, your conversion rates before and after).

There's probably a hundred possible reasons.

Another recent thread, "No Impressions in Content Network," talks about delays in getting ad approvals:
