Adwords Keyword tool not showing search volume

I was using it yesterday, and it's not there today.

Yesterday I was doing a little keyword research, and I've found the Adwords Keywrod tool quite useful when targeting Google. Being able to sort by Average Search Volume is the handiest thing about the tool for my useage. Today when I went back to continue my research, the Search Volume column is empty. When choosing the data to display, I usually pick "Global search volume trends" from the drop down. Today the "Avg Search Volume" column is empty, and attempting to sort by it just sorts alphabetically.

I've tried it with a variety of keywords to see if they're filtering the ones I was looking into, but to no avail.

Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas about why?

... it's back up now. ...spoke too soon. Still strange though.

I always takes the search volume figures with a hefty dose of salt. Even at an order of magnitude level I find some of them hard to trust.

Overture's keyword tool also provided search volumes, but I understand that it doesn't stem (eg, 'blue widget' gets a seperate search volume from 'blue widgets').
