Are the new scores assigned right away or does it take a while?
If they are assigned right away I think my sites are now of "higher quality."
According to an AdWords rep the way to know if your quality score had been reassigned is to simply watch your inactive keywords minumum bids. If they go up or down then your QS has been re-evaluated.
If you are setting up new campaigns (for new sites) I believe there is at least a small period of time during which the ads might run and before QS gets assigned.
