if you are listening.. I really need some help here.
I talked to a very very friendly customer service rep and I was told that everything looks okay with all those ads.. that they are syndicated and are approved for showing up on partner sites.
The rep suggested me that this may be because partner sites like AOL may have some predetermined threshold of performance before they would pick these ads, or some history with the ads..
The rep said that my ads will be rereviewed if that might help.
But I think if the rep was not able to figure out that why these ads are not showing up.. then there *might* be a technical glitch.
I am saying this because its not just AOL.. many of my ads, which are not showing up on AOL are not showing up anywahere other than Google.. like ASK.com, A9 etc.
Would you like me to sticky you few examples of ad groups and keywords for your research?
Thanks
SDani
Did you check your campaigns to make sure partner search is turned on?
Are you in the same country (or does G think you're in the same country) that your campaign is targeting?
Have you refreshed the page to make sure they are appearing, but only some of the time due to daily budget issues?
Did you check the 2nd-3rd page of results to make sure it didn't get some how get pushed down?
Have you double checked this list?

The rep told me that everything was fine.
Anyway I provided two three samples.. and as of 9:30 PM.. those ads have started showing again. I guess re-approval did the trick.
I will check for the remaining ad groups and will send them back the list of adgroups which are not working.. (if I have any more of them).
This was my first call to google Adwords, and I am a VERY happy customer. On the contrary, I once called Overture support, had a very tensed conversation.. I was too mad and wrote a letter to the CEO.. but never heard back either from the customer rep or from the office of the CEO.
Anyway.. good night you all.

I just spent a while writing the response below, and then just noticed your most recent post before I had a chance to send it.
So even though it is not quite on target any more, I'm going to post it anyway - as it has some good info, even still. ;)

This is true. Partner sites sets thresholds for the ads they show, and those of us in AdWords support will not know the details of the exact threshold. But I would say that if you notice that the CTR is lower than average for your keywords, this may very well be the case.
But I think if the rep was not able to figure out that why these ads are not showing up.. then there *might* be a technical glitch...
This is always a possibility, of course. But a key component of my job is to keep my ear to the ground pretty darn carefully. And when there is a glitch, I usually hear about it early and often, since I'm involved with incoming emails and phone calls - not to mentions sites such as this one. In this case, I have not heard another similar comment.

I don't know if anyone has noticed that I am getting here later in the day these days, and perhaps spending less time overall. My day job is keeping me busier and busier, and I'm sorry to say that I am not really in a position to take on individual 'issues', as much as I might like to. I also suspect that the moderators would not be thrilled if I headed in that direction, as it would smack of turning this excellent forum into a sort of remote AdWords Support queue.
I think eWhisper is entirely correct in post #3. This could be something as simple as not being in the right position per keyword, or having a low daily budget. So I think I'd advise checking the link that eWhisper provided, watching your account for a day or two, and then contacting support if you haven't been able to get to the bottom of it.
Best of success to you!
