We just started a local campaign with a local business ad. The copy is the same as our adgroup ad with a different headline, "Company Name" instead of "City Widget Service." When testing out our campaign, our local ads are showing instead of our adgroup ad with the keyword phrase, and out business listing is not showing in the business listing section (above the organic listings) even in the detail pages.
Anybody know why this is happening?
