Where did this click come from?

That doesn't look like an adwords click. Try going to google.com, and entering http://www.example.com in the search box and see what you get -- I bet the final URL you get is pretty similar.

Could have been a mistake (typed it into the G toolbar instead of the URL box in the browser), but sadly enough ... this is how some people actually surf the internet.
