How can quality be ok for a word without the s and not for the same word ending in s.

I simply cannot figure this new system out at all....

I think that when the adwords team found out that they were moving to Michigan they through in the ol monkey wrench. I mean I like Michigan and all but who wants to leave Cali.

ok, this is screwier than I thought. The word that doesn't end is s and is avtive does not even show on their serp. THe word that is inactive does.
