I am trying to ramp up traffic from adwords. i have maxed out the keywords, I have also increased budget. in the edit campaign setting, there is standard delivery and accelerated delivery. would it be wise to accelerate delivery to increase the traffic. alos any other adwords control panel tactics to increase impressions would be helpful.

Standard delivery is what we're use to seeing. If your campaign has a lower budget than is necessary for your ad to show all of the time, then Google shows your ad throughout the day, essentially spreading out your impressions.
Accelerated delivery is when Google shows the ad as much as possible until the budget runs out for the day.
