I started a few more campaigns after a succesfull first one, but none of them have started - eventhough they are active.

The first campaign was to promote a piece of software. The second was to promote software as well "Alcohol 120". The third had to do with Viagra, the fourth, fifth and sixth had to do with PC games. Any idea why they haven't started?

They seem to be on "sensitive" topics and hence will be reviewed first before they are activated. I suggest to contact to Adwords support on this.

The Alcohol 120 and Viagra campaign - sensitive? OK (allthough alcohol 120 is a cdr burning app, it might be considered the liquor variant)

But "The Need for Speed" (a PC game) - sensitive? Neh...

must not be the campaign itself, maybe you have one or more sensitive keywords, that's enough to get red flagged.
Better send them a mail and ask for review, otherwise this can take quite some time.

I agree with Robsp and Sowe. And Sowe is right on the money in suggesting that you contact AdWords support.

But "The Need for Speed" (a PC game) - sensitive? Neh...

Just did a quick search on my favorite search engine to confirm that "Speed is the street name for Amphetamine. Like coke it's a stimulant that people take to keep them awake and alert. It's Britain's least pure illegal drug...."

So I suspect that 'speed' will fall into the 'sensitive' category as well. Even though you're using the word in an entirely different context, the system will not know that. An actual human being will need to make that judgment call.

I'm sure that everyone can appreciate the need to be careful in such matters, given that one's ads can reach millions all over the world in a matter of minutes - unless reviewed first.
