Would Adsense work on this site?

My graphics gallery website wants some ads :)

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my post.
I just uploaded my graphics design gallery site:
<snip>

I have 20 resource articles that I wrote to help my visitors get a better sense of graphic and web design and to rank higher in the SEs. I know adsense payments are quite low for my keywords - how wshould I promote the site so that I get higher numbers of visotrs (so number will make up for the low payments)?

One more question - does anyone have a GOOD list of directories where you can submit articles? I found buzzle.com to be the best site for submission - most views per article. Do you have a favorite?

Best,

Michael

Welcome to WebmasterWorld

I suggest you remove your url link before the mods do! Read the WebmasterWorld T&C's etc...

You might want to go with banner ads on a cpm basis at least until you build traffic if you have no other sites that will drive traffic to it with a link, and as far as traffic, try the link forum here and read around the boards.

Submit to all good free directories you can find. Do free submissions to the search engines that allows it and submit to DMOZ.

All of these can be Googled up. :)

Good luck on your new site.

Thanks for the tips.

I submited to the major SEs and I am about to submit articles for ezines - they are supposed to drive traffic my way :)

BY the way, how often can I expect to see a PR increase? I have two other sites that are live now for more than 2 months and they are still PR zero - i have about 100 Google indexed links for each.

Thanks!

Michael
