Strange Stats and Click Activity

Should I be reporting this?

I noticed on my stats for yesterday that a visitor from the US (I am in the UK) had recorded 147 ad unit views and 45 clicks on my website. This is extremely odd because I seldom see more than 4 or 5 clicks from each visitor. My earnings don't reflect this so it looks like my account has not been credited with the clicks or they were only worth about a cent each.

Should I be reporting this?

If you even have to ask us, you should be reporting it. Nothing bad can happen to you from reporting anything, even insignificant things.

Off topic and I don't mean to single you out, Ann: But is signing usernames after replies cool with the admins here (especially one word replies)? It seems like a waste of database space and is completely redundant.

Maybe it's just that I read threads more like conversations than like letters so I always visualize people in a room wearing name tags and ending each reply to each other with their first name and it makes me laugh.

<off topic>On my own forum everyone signs their name after each post. We do this because user names are used and we like to also know everyone's real first name. If a new member doesn't sign their post, other members ask them to start doing so. I guess asp4bunnies would get a serious laugh from reading my forum.</off topic>

My first name is 21, but most of my friends call me blue :-)

spacey, there's a difference between signing your own name and signing your username. Signing your own name is not necessarily redundant - it's hidden information. Signing your username is completely redundant as your username is listed right next to your post.

Either way I guess I look at this from a database manager's perspective - it's just wasted space that can easily be stored once in someone's easily accessible profile rather than hundreds of times in the message body.

I didn't mean "laugh" in a condescending way. I meant laugh in the sense that it reads funny to me.
