One of my page got huge traffic from various sites, the particular page was about proxies, now my other pages are also getting ads about proxies, which is completely untargeted to the page content.

Do your domain name, <title> and meta description in other pages have something related to proxies in them?

I can see 3 reasons:

1. Some advertiser(s) site-targeting you, for which Google should reward in some way (smartpricing?), but I doubt they do..

2. If majority of visitors arrive through this particular page, there is some logic to show ads related to that page's contents even when visitors surf elsewhere throughout your site. Not sure though whether AdSense algo is that clever.

3. Navigation anchor-text links trigger the ads - try using section targeting ignore, but make sure there is enough contents left.
