Reporting Violations

I reported two sites yesterday that were asking users to click on the ads. One of them has been doing it for months without being noticed or else google are leaving it alone. But how long does it normally take google to do something about it?

Based on my experience you could see action in a couple of days or weeks, it's hard to say.

It depends as Google sometimes swiftly executes extreme violations and other times they send an email to the site owner asking them to correct the violations before suspending the account for non-compliance.

If it's a blog or a forum I've anonymously posted the paragraph from Google's web site about "Incentives" and those pages have been usually yanked by the webmaster real fast.
