Badly formed AdSense banner ads

Hyperlink header line does not show!

All day today, my banner AdSense ads do not have the hyperlink header line but has the next two descriptive lines. As a result, there is no place for a visitor to click. Naturally, CTR is at zero. Also the bottom border showing "Ads by AdSense" is chopped in half - shows as half a line. Wierd!

Never happened before. I did not change any html or layout.

Anyone with similar experience? Anything I can do other than emailing Google?

An AdWords advertiser reported this problem yesterday on the AdWords forum, but it was happening only on his ads. He reported it to Google and was told that everything looked fine on their end, but he continued to see no title on his ads. I would encourage you to notify Google right away, providing URLs of pages where this is happening.

The visitor can actually click anywhere on the ad (the entire ad is hyperlinked), but this problem needs to be resolved.

Are you running Norton Internet Security 2004? Or a similar program that has ad blocking capabilities that is set to block ads as the default?

Thanks Jenstar. It was, in fact, the default Ad blocking feature of Norton. Something wierd is I had the ad blocking on for a while and AdSense ads on my site were showing fine. The, all of a sudden, they were bad. Anyway, thanks again.

I believe it is the way the URLs are formatted for those who use the Adwords conversion tracking versus those who do not, which is why some appear and some do not.
