Click fraud and Zero earning clicks

Does zero earning clicks mean those click are invalid?

This morning I check my Adsense report, it show that a new site I just published for few days having 3 page impressions and 5 clicks. Amount earning is Zero(0), nothing!

Out of the 3 page impressions, I know that at least 1 or 2 page view is come from myself viewing the newly publish site layout and ads display.

I never inform anyone about this site and the only channel for visitors to find out this newly published site is the Adwords I put up on the same day I publish it. I checked with my Adwords report, it show only 1 click.

So, I assume this 1 click in my Adwords campaigne bring 1 visitor to my new site and this guy click 5 ads (or 5 times the same ads) on my site. That causing an abnormal 165% CTR (3 page views, 5 clicks).

Will this abnormal behavior from a visitor causing all the clicks invalid, therefor no earning for it? Is this consider click fraud? Do I need to send email to Google to explain anything?

Wait until the day is over, stats update sometimes in parts, now clicks, later impressions etc...
