What is CTR? and what does it mean.

I see on the board here alot of members saying "increase CTR", how would you do that?

Thanks

So its like if you have 1000 impressions, and these 1000 impressions generate 10 clicks, your CTR is 1%.

Click through rate is the way they measure how successful your site is for an advertiser and obviously the higher the CPC the more you earn.

Actually I believe its exponential so the higher the CPC the more you are worth per click.

Higher CPC is the challenge for an adsense publisher in exactly the same way as it is for an adwords advertiser, as it is for webmasters in general.

In fact it is the secret to everything with google because it is an exact reflection of their mission to produce quality search.

The cynic may laugh about that but their is an element of consistency to it.
