i want to ask whether it is right or not to put car images exactly left side of the adsense block and ads appearing are also related to cars.

This is one of those gray areas where google just kind of shrugs and says "don't draw undo attention to your ads...but its ok to put images by them!" I'd be cautious...clearly you are drawing undue attention to the ads. All other things being equal Google has the power to shut you down with or without reason, why tempt them?

I see folks do this all the time, and it really works.
The effect is not only that it draws attention to the ads, when done 'properly' it makes the ads look like they are no ads at all. So be careful Ro!

As mentioned, using images above your ads is a bit of a gray area and depending on the method of implementation, can sometimes be considered 'encouraging clicks'.

I recommend either sticky mailing me the page in question, or sending an email to [e-mail] so a support representative can take a look at your site. Just tell them ASA sent you ;)
