and welcome to WebmasterWorld.
I understand that you want to earn money with Adsense, and that you can't write articles. While technically it seems to me that using "free" articles (i.e. articles that are basically copyright-free) is not against Adsense TOS, you are facing various risks:
1) Adsense may regard your site as "without unique content" (and rightly so, if I may add)
2) Search engines may not rank your site high enough to get any decent amount of visitors and thus clicks and money (and rightly so, if I may add)
But good revenues in Adsense come from unique, fresh, quality content - so I see a big problem for your career as Adsense publisher. If you don't add value to the web (and what value is in publishing the same all over again), maybe you should look for other opportunites to earn money? Just like flying airplanes is not for everyone (despite many airlines being around hiring pilots), being a web publisher is not for everyone (despite Adsense being around offering its PPC program).
Adsense is a contextual advertising program, so without writing skills any decent success is unlikely. Maybe you can go for other content areas, like photography, videos or other arts (painting?) where less text is necessary. But even then, without putting things into context, Adsense will fail.
Anyway, good luck!
now is it against TOS of "Google Adsense"?
Just say "yes" Or "no"
I agree with mzanzig - not having your own content is a potential minefield waiting to blow up in your face.
There are undoubtedly sites out there with un-original content and adsense banners. They may, or may not make any money. For the reasons already explained succinctly by mzanzig, probably not.
However, should Google decide that these sites are against the letter, or spirit of Adsense then they will stop serving them ads, terminate the accounts (with all that implies) and clear them out of the search engine.
Basically, the only people who can give you the yes or no answer you are asking for is Google themselves. To be honest, they usually give a grey answer to questions on what may be a grey area.
I'd either write my own content, or find another way of making money. Adsense isn't a get rich quick scheme - to get the best out of it takes time and effort.
