Adsense TOS & pop-unders

Are we no longer allowed popunders on sites that have adsense?

I noticed a new thing in the adsense tos but I am unclear if its popunders with ADSENSE On them or popunders in general?

Anyone know if you are allowed to run other networks popunders or does that mean you get the boot?
