I had a crash in Sept., but over the past week, I've been watching it climb back. But today, it's double even the pre-Sept crash numbers.

However, on the offhand chance that my stats are lagging (I suspect they are about 7 hours behind), I just created a new channel and used it for a new adblock on a rarely visited page. I made one view of that page and am now waiting to see how soon it actually shows in my channel report for today.

Update: It has now been two hours and the new channel has yet to make an appearance in the reports.

My site got hit with a DDOS attack overnight, had about a third of the usual impressions and made more today (so far) than I've made the last few days combined.

Happy Birthday indeed....

Other than that, it has not been a good day for us.
Writing content is the furthest thing from one's mind when your site is getting hammered. : (

I'm seeing average CPM but very high CTR vs. the average. But EPC is very low, so it's probably going to end up a normal day. Sheesh! This is too much work!

Well I didn't quite double by the end of the day and I discovered that my ad in a national magazine related to my topic just came out.

So now I suspect the upturn was from more traffic.
