Well my site is currently frames, should i convert to no-frames. Would it be better for adsense and search engines?

Also my adsense is in a frame so it's only about one topic and that jokes / pranks etc.

Frames and search engine do not match together.

A well know fact for me since 1996.

I had always shown my clients demonstrations how bad frames work.

But it happened again and again, that the owner of the framed pages went bancrupt and my bad example vanished.

I had a frame happy friend,
But her sites came to an end,
She thought she was designing,
But she wasn't realizing...

There's no place for frames on the web.
