People from outside USA

A declaration form, regarding "no USA commercial activities" is supposed to be sent to Google. (If I understood well)
Anyone knows how to do it and send it?

You can do it on-line after you login to your AdSense account.

Select the tab "My Account". At the submenu line you'll see "Tax information". This link will bring you to a page with a wizard which selects the right tax form for you. You can fill in everyting on-line, no need to send in a paper form.
