I have a casino site but notice that google adsense wont allow it (only shows PSA).

Why?

I am also an adwords advertiser advertising casinos & gambling so I know Google take these type of ads.

Was the site that you have AdSense on with regard to gambling the site that you applied to have an AdSense account with? Or did you add the code to that site after applying with another site?

It says quite clearly in the ToS that gambling sites are not allowed, so what's the gripe?

If you want to know the reasons why they don't allow gambling sites, or why you're getting PSA's, take it up with Google.

Your ads may be displayed on premium publisher sites in addition to Google SERPs. The reason I'm saying this is because while "Pornography, adult, or mature content" is also listed as prohibited content for AdSense publishers, I am aware of at least one very high traffic site where adult and mature content is commonplace and there is no shortage of similar Google AdSense ads.

There are other rules that apply to standard AdSense publishers that do not apply to Premium publishers as well.

If you continue to display your AdSense code on your casino site, you risk being terminated from the program.

Oh no, I've got adsense code on a web page about Las Vegas, where casinos are mentioned. Any advice folks? I'd be afraid to ask Google if they're terminating accounts for this.

A gambling site is not the same as a site about a tourist destination that has gambling as a main attraction. There is a slight chance that you get in trouble if the process is automated { a safe bet that it is :) }, but I would not sweat it until it happened.

If you are getting targetted ads, then Google is not reading that page as casino-related content, because if they were, you'd be getting PSAs.

I would not be concerned at all.

I am getting casino ads on this tourist page. Brick and mortar casinos at the moment. I guess if I start getting online casino ads I better run for cover.

Do you mean you are getting ads for Las Vegas hotels with casinos? That's not a casino ad.

I guess if I start getting online casino ads I better run for cover.

You won't get online casino ads because they are not offered through the standard AdSense program.

From the AdSense FAQ:

Editorial Review: Across the Google network, ads do not run on partner sites until they have been reviewed and approved by Google's editorial team. We classify each ad as Family-Safe, Non-Family-Safe or Adult/Explicit. Of these, only Family Safe ads are shown on publishers' sites.

mayor, I think you should chill about this. As I said earlier, if your content is being read as casino-related, you would be getting PSAs.
