hi friends,
i am currently placed an affiliate banner ads in my new website ( launched a week back with quality content updating each day ).

My question is : I blocked the adsense ad of my affiliate company in my adsense account. According to Adsense TOS - whether i am right or not? Can i undo the block of the ad in adsense account ( because my earnings decreased after the blocking) or should block as per TOS.

need your help friends , advice

I had asked this some time ago to google.

Ad blocking does not help. We cannot take affilate ads from their programs if ther ads ae coming thru adsense also. It is against TOS and AdSense people confirmed this.

I am from india too.

i have a matrimonial and dating site, and got affilited to popular indian matri sites ( shaadi, and others of the sort ). But then i noticed that they were advertising thru AdSense also, so I send my questions and had exchanged a few emails with AdSense regarding this issue.

I was categorically told that I cannot place the affiliate ads of these companies on same pages.

Then, later, I added a few more pages without adsense and had all my affiliate ads on that. Unfortunately, the results from affiliate ads is far far less than adsense. So i finally removed all affiltates and now i continue to stick with adsense.

Which affiliate programs did u join?

(TIP: the only affiliate program i have expereinced that works ok as a second fiddle to adsense, is amazon. It is within TOS and works too )

Sobriquet : thanks for your reply.
my website is related to film news and i have placed the affiliate banners of shaadi , i blocked shaadi adsense ads and placed the affiliate codings given by shaadi.

i think most of the websites placing shaadi and adsense on the same page?

yes u are right - most people are doing it, but i prefered asking google and they said no to shadi, bharatmatrimony and a few more. I had asked by naming them in particular.

anyhow, the profits from them are peanuts as compared to adsense on a page with similar profit.

my logic says that if the user sees a shaadi ad thru google and clcks it, you get paid. but. if the user sees that shaadi ad as an affilate, and clicks, and becomes a paid member, then u get paid ( a lil more than what these ads pay thru google ). So i guess i am happy with click earning than conversion earning. Just think of it.

BTW - shaadi affiliate ads adn shaadi graphic banners on adsense look almost the same.
