How to shift my Yahoo group users to Google group?

I am not able find exact section to post this question. Thats why iam posting here.

I have few yahoo groups with thousands of users.
I want to use google groups. So i wanna shift all my yahoo group users to google group with out inviting them again.

Is it possible? If it is... How..?

I don't think what you're suggesting is possible. Google groups requires a Google account to post, I think. So it's not an easy task to get Yahoo users to switch to Google Groups....

And I 2nd the motion that this has nothing to do with AdSense.
