I know publishing ads on non content page is against the TOS.

Does this mean we should not publish ads on the search results page?

hi - not a problem - you are allowed to publish adsense ads on SERPS so long as there are some results (i.e if the search returns no results - don't show the ads).

Question. How can I avoid showing ads on a serp that finds no match? I am using asp and ms access. Is there a javascript code or anything that anyone can share with me. Thanks for the help.

What I do (an easy fix!) is to put an article really relevant to my whole site in the php file that returns the results.

This way there is always content, even when no results are returned.

Thanks Guys

I mailed G support also, They said we can place adsense ads on search result pages, But we should not use adsense for search in the same site.

They say it is the integrity issue oops!
Anyway i have removed my adsense for search, it never performed well for me though
