Well I want to teach my brother how to make at lesat a few hundred dollars a month so he can go thru college without having to get some crappy part time job like I had to do my freshman year before Adsense came to my rescue :)

Does anyone know if I can have 2 diffrent Adsense accounts in one household?

you can.. just make sure not to click each others ads

Is this a suspicion or a known fact?
I don't see google relating accounts by the address, what about one living on "3005 Main St, apt 25" and other on "3005 Main Street, apartment 25" ... well, just thinking loud, please clarify, I would not think account could be related by address.

No, "you" can't. :)
Note the way you're asking "can I have?".
If you ask it that way to google, they will tell you : no, "you" cannot.
However, your brother can have his own account and you can have your own account, even living on the same physical address with no problem.
