I've got a website all about Williamsburg -- the one in Massachusetts MA USA. The words "Massachusetts" and "MA" are all over the site.
But, every single ad I ever see is for some attraction in Williamsburg VA. This does me, and them, little good.
This will help you serve ads better suited to your visitors, and hopefully, there are less than 200 of them ;) And don't forget that the filter seems to detect www.domain.com and domain.com as two different URLs for blocking.
I agree, many could utilize those negative keywords a little better!
When I search Williamsburg, MA on Google, I get one AdWords ad for Williamsburg, VA and one for Williamsburg, MA. The one for Williamsburg, MA may not be advertising on content sites. So again, it's very possible that there are no ads targeted to your content.
