I know this is a question for Google, but I am wondering if it is allowed to have adsense placed on a newsletter (online) that is accessed by a link in an email to a sites newsletter subscribers. Anyone doing this?

Hi ebuilder -

As long as the newsletter is a live HTML page, you should be able to use AdSense. The ToS apply to newsletters sent out by email (i.e., when the text of the newsletter is pasted into an email). If the email you send out only contains a link to the newsletter page, you should be fine.

If you'd like me to review your site to ensure its compliance with AdSense program policies, feel free to send me a sticky mail with your URL.

Cheers,

ASA

loganz,

Thanks for your reply. No password protected pages, got it. I guess my biggest concern is that my subscriber list is fairly large and if I get 50,000 unique visitors out of no where that it might seem like spam generated traffic because it came from an email.
