I am using a 468x60 wide layout in the middle of my pages and a 120x600 in my side column. When I hover over the links in the middle the link colour doesn't change as it does at the side. Can anyone suggest what is going on?

No - it's not a performance issue.

Are you a premium publisher? How can you set links color to be hoverable?

It must be some CSS being applied to a div or so in your layout. May be by accident you are discovering a new 'trick' to change the link (hover, visited, current, etc) behavior. if you don't mind PM me the URL and I'll take a quick look ;-).

Have a look at this thread, perhaps it is the same issue:

No, I don't think it's the same problem. My ads are still clickable.

Hi BDW,

I got your URL and was checking the page (I'm using IE 6.0) and everything seems fine. I do not see the hover effect, the links are not changing for me at all.

Are you also using IE? I'm at work and is the only browser I have available for testing I'll check from home later using different browser but it seems like the problem could be on your side.

Nothing should be changing color as you do a mouseover. Are you doing something in particular (Javascript, CSS) to try to make the AdSense ads change color?

No, I don't think it's the same problem. My ads are still clickable.

Think beyond that. What may be happening is that hover is being affected by your html or css.
