It seems like I've seen quite a few people that are new to the board that say 'Help, I've clicked my ads!" and everyone suggest to email google.... does google really forgive you?
Having to mouseover it to get the url to paste into the browser is very annoying. Hopefully Google will add something to their control panel so clicks from certain IP's dont count towards the earning part of the clicks.
In the meantime you just have to keep mailing them, again, and again, an........
It took Google about 1 month of him clicking on his ads every day before they banned him from his own account. I would let go of the single clicks as you are not going to get banned if you have a 100:1 ratio anyway. Just don't be stupid!
Google tracks your IP whether you are at work, home or a friends. If said IP shows up > X in X of time, it's a no brainer.
Good luck and quit clicking on your own ads silly!

Ocassionally now when recoding or adding to the site, I click a window I want out of the 10 open, and just happen to be on... an ad.
Nothing bad has happened...but that doesn't happen very often either.
There are ways to view your ads without generating invalid clicks. If you are using Windows and the Internet Explorer browser, you can download the Google AdSense preview tool. More information is available at:
