Hello

Is it within TOS to css style the search box fonts?

Basically I don't like the nasty New Roman that 'Web' and 'MySite' is in, can I change this to the general style of my page?

I would ask Google Customer Services but they always take about 24-48hours to come back and often their answers are copy/paste corporate speak :)

I would say yes, just as long as you do not change the actual code provided by google. You would need to create a CSS block arround the code to change things like fonts. But be careful not to get carried away but changing to whole look/layout. The TOS only state you cannot edit the code, they do not say you cant let your sites CSS change the text.

But as with everything - if you are unsure, the only one who can give you the definetive answer is google!
