how it takes adsense support to reply to your emails?

I've contacted google adsense support 4 days ago, and still waiting for a reply.
They used to reply faster, usually within 1 or 2 days.

Is anyone else expecriencing similar delays recently?

And: does it make any different if you email someone in particular, by name, in the adsense team? does that add more delay perhaps?

It is a holiday long weekend in the US. I imagine the regular support team will be back at work tomorrow, and they are probably working on a limited support staff over the holidays.

i wrote them on friday about changing login, they replied today. somebody is pulling the holiday shift.

A friend of mine is waiting for account aproval for 2 weeks and still no word from them.
Even contacting them by mail directly, and still no answer...

i have seen that they reply within 2 to 3 days on weekdays and 4 to 5 days on weekend emails
