One of two Google AdSense ad entities disapears.

I am, as always, developing a site locally (ignoring all requests but from 127.0.0.1 with Apache).

I have never had more than one Google AdSense ad entity, but this time, I'm having two ones. However, only one of them (the first) is shown. I mean... at all.

It's not that the second one is getting irrelevant ads or non-profit ones -- it's just blank. Like what's happening when you have more than three ones on the same page, I assume.

Why is it doing this to me?

When you first ad a new ad unit, it can take up to a couple days before it will begin to show ads. Second and third ad units show a blank space if you do not use the collapsable ad unit script or specify an alternate ad - they do not show PSAs.

Wow- that answers a nagging question of mine too.
I didn't realize 2nd or 3rd units did not show PSA's.
I just sat staring at a blank ad space myself, then read this!
