I need your opinion on use of Adsense

Seeking opinions on use of Adsense

I have a site in pre-launch that displays RSS feeds. I have the classic tabled 3-column w/header & footer template that displays the nav menu in the left column. The rest of the space above the fold, except for the first few news items (including headline and descriptive paragraph) and images, is flanked by three Adsense ad units. The leader, a 120x240 floated left and wrapped at the top of the article, and another 120x240 at the top of the right column.

Two questions:

Am I infringing on copyrights by displaying RSS feeds on my site, rather than viewing them with a news aggragator?

Could this be viewed as a scraper site, despite the fact that it was not conceived as being such?

That would depend on the terms of each individual RSS feed which we don't know so you'll have to do a little research.

The site may not rank too well in Google, but I don't see why AdSense would object to it.

As for copyright, I guess it's a good suggestion to read the terms of use, but if a site makes its content available via an RSS feed then it's hard to imagine them claiming copyright infringement.
